Práce se soustřeďuje na shromáždění základních informací o DMO, na vliv hipoterapie a zásady jejího provádění u této skupiny osob. Zároveň zahrnuje poznatky ze zahraničních studií se zaměřením na účinky hipoterapie u dětí s DMO. Popisuje základní biomechanické metody, které umožňují analýzu pohybu koně i pacienta a jejich vzájemné interakce.. -- Abstract: This work deals with the hippotherapy of patients with cerebral palsy as a complementary treatment to the standard rehabilitation. The work is focused on general description of the cerebral palsy, on the effects of hippotherapy on patients and on the principles of its implementation. It also includes findings from international studies and summarizes the basic biomechanical methods that allow to analyze the movement of both patient and horse and their mutual interaction.
