Diplomová práca je zameraná na dobrovoľníčky materských centier, konkrétne na predsedníčku materského centra Macko, ktorá ma na starosti chod a riadenie materského centra a prácu s dobrovoľníčkami. Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je vytvorenie programu vzdelávania pre pracovníka materského centra. Prvá časť práce je teoretická kde sa venujem tvorbe vzdelávacích akcií, plánovaniu a realizácií vzdelávacích akcií. Následne som prešla k ich hodnoteniu, kde som popísala oblasti hodnotenia, etapy a bariéry, druhy a princípy hodnotenia vzdelávacích akcií. Kapitola tri je venovaná vzdelávateľom dospelých, ktorý je v procese edukácie jedným z najdôležitejších činiteľov. V praktickej časti som popísala čo sú to materské centrá, pre koho sú určené. Vybrala som si konkrétne materské centrum Macko, kde som určila kľúčové kompetencie predsedníčky MC Macko, špecifikovala ich a prisúdila váhu jednotlivým kompetenciám. Vyústením diplomovej práce je návrh programu vzdelávania, kde úlohou je vyškoliť predsedníčku v oblasti odborných kompetencií. Názov vzdelávacieho programu je Leadership support process - vzdelávanie a profesionalizácia líderiek materských centier.This thesis is aimed on the volunteers of baby centers , in this case the president of the baby center Macko, who is in charge of the running and management of the parent center as well as the work with volunteers. The goal of my thesis is the creation of an educational program for a worker at the baby center. The first part of the thesis is theory where I deal with the creation of educational activities, planning and execution of educational activities. Subsequently I went to their evaluation where I described the fields of evaluation, the stages and barriers, the types and principles of the evaluation of educational activities. Chapter 3 is dedicated to the educators of adults which is, in the educational process, one of the most important factors. In the practical part I described what baby centers are, who they are for. I specifically chose the baby center Macko where I determined the key competencies of the president, I specified these and assessed the particular competencies. The outlet of the thesis is a proposal of an educational program where the task is to train the president in the field of professional competencies. The title of the educational program is "Leadership Support Process" - education and professionalization of leaders of baby centers.
