Hlavním zdrojem informací byly studie Evidence Based Practice. V praktické části byla provedena korelace výsledků klinimetrických testů pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě v definovaných časových úsecích. Zároveň byl hodnocen efekt použité terapeutické intervence. Stěžejní bylo srovnání dvou základních skupin testů ICF klasifikace, testy pro funkci a strukturu lidského těla (Impairment) a testy aktivity.. -- Abstract: The purpose of theoretical part of this diploma thesis was to assess basic knowledge about neurorehabilitation after stroke, focused on international guidelines and ICF classification. The main source of information was Evidence Based Practice. In practical part was conducted correlation of clinimetric tests after stroke in defined time periods. The study evaluated the effect of used therapeutic intervention. The core was to compare two basic groups of the ICF examination, tests for function and structure of the human body (impairment) and tests for activities.
