Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku léčebné rehabilitace u pacientů s poraněním flexorového a extenzorového aparátu ruky. Práce je rozdělena na část obsahující teoretické poznatky z okruhu uvedeného tématu a část speciální zahrnující možnosti rehabilitačních přístupů po poranění šlach ruky. V teoretické části je popsána kineziologie ruky a zápěstí, klasifikace poranění šlachového aparátu ruky, morfologie, výživa a hojení šlachy. Hlavní část obsahuje informace o metodách a postupech rehabilitace v ČR a zahraničí. Cílem práce je poskytnout rehabilitační koncepty jak z České republiky, tak i ze zahraničí.This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of the rehabilitation of the patients with the injuries of flexor and extensor apparatus of hand. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and presents the theoretical knowledge of the issue discussed. The second part deals with the possibilities of rehabilitation approaches to tendon injuries of hand. In the theoretical part I describe the kinesiology of hand and wrist, the classification of the injuries of the tendor apparatus of hand, and the morphology, nutrition and healing of tendon. The other part deals with the methods and approaches to the rehabilitation both in the Czech Republic and abroad. The main aim of this thesis is to present the rehabilitation concepts in the Czech Republic and abroad.
