Teoretická část práce popisuje teorii deficitu sebepéče, popáleniny a jejich transplantační léčbu. V závěru teoretické části je zmíněno vnímání a prožívání pacientů po autotransplantaci. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na sestavení situační potřeby sebepéče u pacientů po autotransplantaci. Metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření (strukturovaný rozhovor) byly zmapovány pociťované problémy pacientů, jejich vnímání a prožívání současného zdravotního stavu a případných dlouhodobých následků a také jejich informovanost o následné péči o jizvy a případné dlouhodobé dispenzarizaci. Výsledky šetření dokládají nezbytnost vytvoření uceleného informačního materiálu, zaměřeného na následnou péči o jizvy a dlouhodobou dispenzarizaci, který je součástí práce.. -- Abstract: This final thesis deals with the issue of using a self-care theory in burn patients after autotransplantation of skin graft. The theoretical part describes the theory of self-care deficit, burns and their autotransplant treatment. In conclusion, the theoretical part is referred to the perception and experience of patients after autotransplantation. The practical part of the work is aimed to build self-care demand of patients after autotransplantation. Perceived problems of patients, their perception and experience of the current health and possible long-term consequences as well as their awareness of the subsequent care of the scar and a possible long-term follow up treatment were analysed with the method of qualitative research (structured interview). Survey resultsshow the need to create a comprehensive information-oriented material aimed at the further care of scars and a long-term follow up treatment, which is part of the thesis.
