Diplomová práce v návaznosti na bakalářskou práci pojednává o problematice partnerského násilí, seznamuje se současnými poznatky a přináší ucelenější pohled na tento fenomén. Je použita odborná literatura a prameny, týkající se tohoto tématu. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. V první kapitole podávám přehled o základních informacích této problematiky jako jsou formy, klíčové znaky, rizikové faktory a kořeny partnerského násilí. Tato kapitola také pojednává o tom, jaké mýty ztěžují postavení oběti a napomáhají násilníkům. Také zde uvádím rozdíly ve vnímání pohledu mužů a žen na partnerské násilí a v závěru popisuji feministické teorie. Druhá kapitola je věnována teorií o agresivitě a osobností násilníka. Dále je zde uveden nejen syndrom týrané a zneužívané ženy, ale také posttraumatická stresová porucha a naučená bezmocnost. Zmiňuji se v ní také o syndromu CAN a syndromu EAN. V neposlední řadě se ve stručnosti zabývám stalkingem. V závěru druhé kapitoly informuji o zákonu o Policii České republiky v souvislosti s výše uvedeným stalkingem a oprávněním o vykázání, ve kterém došlo k zásadním změnám a upřesněním. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjišťování názorů mužů a žen na problematiku partnerského násilí. Touto analýzou jsem zjišťovala, zda se ve sledovaném vzorku lidí budou projevovat nějaké podstatnější rozdíly v odpovědích obou pohlaví.This thesis linking up well the bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the partner abuse, inform about current pieces of knowledge and brings more comprehensive view to this phenomenon. The theoretical part of the thesis is devided into two chapters. In the first chapter I present a summary with the basic information regarding this problem as forms, key badges, risk factors and roots of the domestic violence. The topics of the first chapter are also myths that make status of a victim more severe and help ruffians, on the contrary. There are mentioned here differencies between men and women perception of the domestic violence and the feminists theories at the end. The subject of the second chapter is a theory about aggressivity and personage of a ruffian. Furthermore there is stated not only the Battered Woman's Syndrom but also the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and the experienced powerlessnes. In the second chapter parts relating to syndroms CAN and EAN can be found, only briefly stalking is spoken about, too. In the final part I inform about the Czech Police law with respect to stalking and justification for deportation out of house into which some principle changes and precisenesses were included. The research part is focused on men and women opinions as to the problem connected with the domestic violence. I had ascertained by the analysis if some more substantial differencies in answers of the chosen men and women sample would appear.
