Personální práce ředitelky školní jídelny [rukopis] / Markéta Nantlová. -- 2010. -- 75 stran. -- Ved. práce Stanislav Minařík. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá personální prací vykonávanou ředitelkou školní jídelny, příspěvkové organizace. Práce popisuje základní oblasti vedoucí a řídící práce statutárního orgánu, k nimž mimo jiné patří vytváření a analýza pracovního místa, zabezpečení lidských zdrojů pro organizaci, řízení pracovního výkonu a další činnosti jako je péče o zaměstnance a zaměstnanecké vztahy. V bakalářské práci jsou analyzovány vykonávané personální činnosti, získané praktické poznatky jsou porovnány s teorií a jsou navržena doporučení pro efektivnější praxi. Praktická část je doplněna o výsledky a rozbor dotazníkového šetření v jiných organizacích stejného typu. Veškeré získané informace z praktické části jsou podkladem pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek položených v úvodu bakalářské práce. Práce může být přínosem pro zkvalitnění personálního řízení v organizacích podobného charakteru.. -- Abstract: The bachelorś essay (analyse) focuses on the personal work which is performed by the school canteenś directress of the allowance organization. The study describes the basic segment of the leading and directional work of the statutory body to which among others pertains the producing and analyse of the work position, reinsurance of the human factors of the organization, conducting of the working operations and the other activities as for example is attention paid to the employee and the relations with staff. In the bachelorś essay are analysed performance personal procedures, gained practical spots (notices) are compared with the theory and after that there are suggested recommendation for the more effectively practice. The practical section is completed by the results and analysis of the questionnaires of the other organizations of the same identical coverage. All the obtaining informations from the practical part are ment to be used as the base for the answering of the experimental inquiries which are tasked at the beginning of the bachelorś essay. The essay might be the aim of the benefit for improving the quality of the right personal conducting in organizations of the same coverage.
