Diplomová práce sestává ze dvou částí. První, teoretická, je zaměřena na širší objasnění problematiky mobbingu. Druhá, praktická, se zabývá výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu mapujícího potencionální výskyt mobbingu mezi příslušníky policie ČR. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníku, který byl zaměřen na jednotlivé charakteristiky možné výskytu mobbingu.The diploma thesis consists of two parts. First, theoretical, deals with basic overview of mobbing problematics. Second, empirical, desribes the results of quantitative research, which maps potentional occurrence of mobbing within members of police. Data was collected with a questionaire, which was focused on individual characteristics of potentional mobbing.
