Je rozdělena do 4 částí, které se dále dělí na podkapitoly, ve kterých je možné najít jak obecné informace o daném tématu, tak údaje ekonomické. Je možné zde najít různé obrázky, grafy, statistiky vztahující se k této tématice. Nejdůležitější témata jsou zejména: srovnání jednotlivých gastronomií, popis typických pokrmů, nové způsoby stravování a problémy vztahující se ke stravování v těchto dvou zemích. 2) francouzsky: Ce mémoire porte sur la gastronomie tcheque et française. Il est divisé en 4 chapitres, divisés eux-memes en sous-chapitres, dans lesquels on peut trouver aussi bien des informations générales que des connaissances économiques, il y a des tableaux, des graphiques, des statistiques économiques sur cette thématique. Les sujets les plus importants sont : la comparaison des cuisines, la déscription des plats typiques, les nouveaux modes d´allimentation et les problemes liées a la nourriture dans ces deux pays.. -- Abstract: This Diploma thesis deals with the topic of comparaison of the gastronomies in the Czech Republic and in France. It is divided into 4 chapters which are divided into more detailed chapters. The reader can find the general information about this topic but also some economical points. There are also a lot of pictures, graphs, statistics which concern this subject. The most important topics are : the comparaison of two gastronomies, the description of typical meals, new types of allimentation and the problems which can be caused by food.
