Parkinsonova nemoc [rukopis] / Helena Doskočilová. -- 55 s. -- Ved. práce Jaroslav Opavský. -- Abstract: Práce seznamuje s problematikou Parkinsonovy choroby. Parkinsonova nemoc je chronické nevyléčitelné onemocnění, ale pomocí farmakoterapie a rehabilitace lze jeho symptomy potlačit. V první části je popsána teoretická část, kde je definice tohoto onemocnění a stručně shrnuta jeho historie a výskyt. Největší pozornost je zaměřena na rehabilitační léčbu, která tvoří druhou část práce. Tato oblast je věnována reedukaci pohybových funkcí a dalším metodám, vhodným k potlačení hlavních příznaků Parkinsonovy nemoci, včetně některých speciálních metod. Část je věnována ergonomii a ergoterapii. V přílohách uvádím nejčastěji využívané hodnotící škály Parkinsonovy choroby a kasuistiku pacientky.. -- Abstract: The work deals with the problems of Parkinson´s disease. It is a chronic incurable disease but it is possible to restrain its symptoms using pharmacotherapy and remedial care. The first part is theoretical, with the definition of this disease, concise summary of its history and distribution. The second part deals with remedial care, reeducation of motion functions and other methods suitable for the restraint on the main symptoms of Parkinson´s disease including some special methods. Another part mentions ergonomy and ergotherapy. The appendices present the most frequently used evaluative spectra of Parkinson´s disease and a patient´s case report.
