Engelbrecht. -- Abstract: Tato diplomová práce se věnuje obrazu Nizozemska v českém tisku. Na základě korpusu článků publikovaných v 15 českých médiích za rok 2008 byla zanalyzována témata, ve kterých je Nizozemsko zpracováváno, s cílem vysledovat stereotypizaci Nizozemska jako 'ráje liberality' a 'bukolické země dřeváků, větrných mlýnů, tulipánů a sýrů'. Finální průzkum vědomostí Čechů o Nizozemsku prokazuje problematiku nedostatečné informovanosti, především o aktuálních tématech.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the image of the Netherlands in the Czech press. Based on the corpus of articles published in 15 Czech media in 2008 were analyzed the issues, in which is the Netherlands processed. The main objective is to trace the stereotyping of the Netherlands as paradise of liberality and bucolic country of clogs, windmills, tulips and cheese. Final survey of knowledge of the Czechs about the Netherlands shows a lack of awareness of issues, especially on current topics.
