Tato diplomová práce se snaží nastínit problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů v kontextu současné globalizované společnosti, s důrazem na lidský faktor jako základ úspěšné a konkurenceschopné organizace. Práce je členěna do několika hlavních kapitol. První dvě kapitoly se zabývají vývojovými fázemi personální práce ústící k modernímu pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů a personálním činnostem organizace. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na současné převládající trendy ve společnosti, jako je globalizace, nové informační a komunikační technologie a přechod ke společnosti znalostí. Poslední dvě kapitoly se zabývají osobností, vlastnostmi a kvalifikačními požadavky na pracovníka a manažera v organizaci.This thesis outlines the problem of human resources in the context of the current globalized society with the emphasis on the human factor as the basis of a successful and competitive organization. Thesis is divided into several chapters. The first two chapters deal with the stages, levels of personnel work that developed to the modern concept of human resource management. the third chapter focuses on the current prevailing trends in society such as globalization, new information and communication technologies and the transition to the society of knowledge. The last two chpters deal with human personality, characteristics and qualification requirements for employee and manager in the organization.
