(105 000 znaků). -- Ved. práce Dušan Šimek. -- Abstract: Cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu klasifikace firemních rituálů jako prostředků upevňování organizační kultury. Práce vychází z pojetí rituálů v sociologii (Durkheima, Goffmana a Collinse) a sociální a kulturní antropologii a zasazuje rituály do prostředí organizace a její firemní kultury, kde sehrávají funkci socializace a enkulturace. Vytvoření typologie umožnilo tuto funkci a tedy symboliku firemních rituálů ukázat i v neočekávaných případech.. -- Abstract: The aim of this work is to propose the classification of organizational rituals as instruments of reinforcing organizational culture. The work is based on the conceptions of rituals in sociology (Durkheim, Goffman and Collins) and social and cultural anthropology and sets the rituals into the context of a company and its organizational culture, where they take on the role of socialization and enculturation. The new classification allows this function and therefore symbolism in rituals to be seen and represented in unexpected cases.
