Cílem této práce je popsání problematiky agrese, agresivity a zejména dětské agresivity a možností alespoň částečně ji regulovat pomocí muzikoterapie, resp. hrami s muzikoterapeutickými prvky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny základní pojmy agresivita, agrese a rozdíl mezi nimi, dětská agresivita a nastínění možných příčin dětské agresivity. V druhé kapitole vymezuji pojem muzikoterapie, kde uvádím některé z možných definic této terapeutické metody, nejčastěji uváděné cíle a některé využívané techniky. Dále se v této části věnuji také muzikoterapeutickým formám, historickému vývoji až po současnost. Ve třetí kapitole zvažuji možnosti využití muzikoterapie při zvládání (regulaci) dětské agresivity. V poslední části je popsáno zařízení, ve kterém muzikoterapeutická sezení probíhala. Následuje popis muzikoterapeutických programů. Na závěr uvádím výsledky pozorování a zhodnocení výzkumné části.The objective of this thesis is to describe the issues of aggression, aggressiveness, and children?s aggressiveness in particular, and the possibility of its partial regulation through the use of music therapy and games with elements of music therapy. The Bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter determines the basic concepts of aggressiveness, aggression, including the distinction between these two concepts, children?s aggressiveness and the outline of possible causes of children?s aggressiveness. In chapter two, the author qualifies the term of music therapy, stating several definitions of this therapeutic method, the most commonly stated goals, and some techniques utilized. This part also deals with music therapy forms and its development up to the present day. The third chapter considers the possibilities of use of music therapy in controlling (regulating) children?s aggressiveness. The last chapter describes the facility where the music therapy sessions took place, followed by the description of music therapy programs. In the conclusion, the author introduces the results of observation and the assessment of the research part.
