Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice osob se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části pojednává o možnostech zdravotně postižených v uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce. Jsou zde definovány i výhody poskytované zaměstnavatelům při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Na závěr teoretické části je v práci popsán sociální model, který funuje ve Francii, pro komplexní pohled a srovnání této problematiky. Praktická část Hodnocení problematiky uplatnitelnosti a překážek na trhu práce patří mezi důležitou oblast výzkumu. V naší práci jsme zkoumali, jak uplatnitelnost hodnotí lidé se zdravotním postižením. Výsledky jsme porovnávali s kontrolní skupinou, kterou tvořili lidé bez zdravotního postižení. K ověření hypotéz jsme používali test nezávislosti. Výsledky hypotéz ukázali rozdíly v hodnocení překážek, které brání najít vhodné zaměstnání mezi zdravotně postiženými lidmi a lidí bez zdravotního postižení.This dissertation presents issues of health disable people. Theoretical part talks about possibilities of disabled people on work market. There are also defined advantages provided to employers in case of employing a disable person. For the complex view and comparison, a social model from France, is described at the end of the theoretical part. The rating applicability of issues and barriers in the labor market are among the important area of the research. In our work we examined how people evaluate the applicability of the health disabled. The results were compared with the control group, which consisted of health non-disabled people. To verify the hypotheses we used the test of the independence. The results of the hypothesises show differences in the assessment of barriers that prevent finding suitable employment between health disabled people and people without health disability
