Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zkoumání výskytu artrózy u běžné populace nad 40 let. Sleduje vliv věku, fyzické zátěže, pohlaví, hmotnosti a dalších komponent na rozvoj artrózy. V neposlední řadě je cílem praktické části zjistit subjektivně nejhůře snášený problém u lidí s artrózou.
