Cílem práce bylo nalezení alternativních metod pro jednoduché stanovení tvrdosti vody jako náhrada komerčních sad Visocolor ECO a HANNA. V principu šlo o přípravu roztoku pro zjednodušenou kapkovací titraci, resp. tablety pro stanovení hraničních hodnot pro stanovení tvrdosti vody.The object of my bachelor´s theses was to find the alternative methods for the determination of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in water and to check whether these methods are suitable. First alternative method can be used as the compensation for the kit of chemicals, which is named Visocolor ECO and is based on the titration by drops. Following the knowledge of the complexometric titration, the second alternative method is based on preparation of the tablet.
