Předmětem této práce je překlad odborného textu, zabývajícího se problematikou japonské ekonomie, a jeho následný rozbor, který je zaměřený převážně na vliv rozdílů mezi kulturami na překlad. Podstatná část tohoto rozboru je navíc věnována problematice přepisu japonských výrazů. Tato část je určena zejména překladatelům, kteří nejsou v japonském jazyce zběhlí, ale přesto se musí transkripcí zabývat, pokud překládaný text obsahuje japonské výrazy. Pro vypracování této práce bylo použito zejména materiálů, které se věnují japonské ekonomii, a teorii překladu. Navíc bylo potřeba nastudovat také materiály, které se zabývaly teorií japonské gramatiky a přepisu japonského jazyka do latinky. Tato práce by tak měla sloužit jako ukázka toho, že i překladatelé, kteří nejsou japanology, musí při překládání například z anglického jazyka dbát pravidel pro přepis japonských výrazů, která jsou v této práci uvedena.The subject of this thesis is a translation of an informative text, which deals with the subject of Japanese economy, and an analysis of the translated text, which focuses mostly on the influence of the cultural differences on a translation. Significant part of this analysis also deals with the problems connected with the transcription of Japanese words. This part is intended for translators, who are not experienced in Japanese language, but who has to deal with its transcription, in case there are Japanese words in the text. The basic method employed to meet the aim of this thesis contained the study of texts that deal with the subject of Japanese economy and translation theory. It was also necessary to study some texts dealing with the theory of Japanese grammar and the subject of transcription of Japanese to Latin alphabet. This paper should serve as an example that even translators, who are not so experienced in transcribing Japanese language, have to follow the rules for transcribing Japanese words stated in this work, even when translating from English.
