Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění počtu transplantací a re-transplantací ledvin ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc, na zjištění nejčastějších příčin selhání transplantované ledviny a úmrtí pacientů s funkční transplantovanou ledvinou. Zjišťuje úroveň informovanosti pacientů po transplantaci ledviny, úroveň jejich spolupráce v oblasti správného životního stylu, užívání léků, pravidelných kontrol u lékaře. Porovnává úroveň informovanosti a spolupráce pacientů dle doby po transplantaci a po selhání transplantované ledviny.This thesis is focused on a survey of a number of kidneys´ transplantation and retransplantation in the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc, on the most frequent causes of the renal insufficiency and the death of patients with a functional transplanted kidney. It finds out the level of patients´ awareness after the transplantation, the level of their cooperation in the area of a healthy life style, ingestion and regular controls by a doctor. It compares the level of patients´ awareness and their cooperation according to the time period after the transplantation and after the transplanted renal insufficiency.
