Cílem je zjistit úroveň znalostí rodičů. Dalšími cíly je zjistit spokojenost respondentů s dostupností a možnostmi získání informací týkající se problematiky onemocnění cystické fibrózy, stanovit postoje respondentů související s doporučenými léčebnými postupy, srovnat respondenty v jednotlivých předcházejících cílech a vypracovat edukační materiál. Teoretická část přináší přehled o problematice cystické fibrózy, léčebných metodách a psychosociální stránce onemocnění. Praktická část je věnována výzkumnému šetření na vybraných pracovištích ve FN Olomouc a ve FN Motol. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů a shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce. Součástí práce jsou i přílohy mající souvislost s problematikou onemocnění cystické fibrózy.. -- Abstract: This Graduation Thesis is considering the parents´ knowledge about the diet and the drug regimen of the child with cyclis fibrosis. The target is to get to know about the level of parents´ knowledge. The other aims are : - find how satisfied the informants are with the availability and possibility of getting the information regarding the cyclic fibrosis disease. - set the informants´ attitude towards the recommended treatment - sort out the informants in terms of previous aims - work out educational materials. The theoretic part is focused on the questions refering to the cyclic fibrosis, curative methods and psychosocial aspect of the disease. The practical part is devoted to the research inquiry in selected places : FN Olomouc, FN Motol. ( Teaching Hospitals ) The results are put in the tables and the charts and they are summarized in the dissscusion at the end of the Thesis. The insertions related to the cyclic fibrosis topic are also parts of this work.
