Práce se zaměřuje na osobnost a dispozice sociálního pracovníka, které jsou předpokladem pro výkon profese. Zabývá se profesním přístupem a otázkou etiky v souvislosti s etickým kodexem. Popisuje možnosti ohrožení sociálních pracovníků a strategie překonávání zátěžových situací, mezi které lze zařadit duševní hygienu, supervizi. Práce rozpracovává jednotlivé druhy supervize jejich využití s ohledem na praktickou část, ve které se výzkumem opírá o statistické vyhodnocení a zjišťuje formy eliminace zátěže nabízené zaměstnavatelem.. -- Abstract: My thesis is focused on the history and the development of the social work in the theoretical part. My piece of work mentions social worker´s personality and dispositions, which are the presumption for the execution of the profession. It renders professional attitude and the matters of ethic dealing with the ethics code. I describe ways of the exposure of the social workers what is more the strategy of the overcoming the situation where we can place supervision and psychical hygiene. My thesis works up individual types of supervision, its´ usage and it deals with the practical part, in which through the research I find out the forms of elimination of the stress provided by employer.
