Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu CAN. Teoretická část se zabývá psychickým, fyzickým vývojem dítěte a rodinou. Detailně rozebírá formy, příčiny a důsledky zanedbávání, týrání a zneužívání dětí. Závěrečná část je věnována národním a mezinárodním orgánům, které řeší tuto problematiku a soustřeďují se na primární, sekundární a terciární prevenci. Cílem empirické části diplomové práce je zjistit počet případů zanedbávaných, týraných a zneužívaných dětí na Jesenicku v období 2001-2007. Šetření zjišťuje, kolik bylo zanedbáváno, týráno a zneužíváno dětí v jednotlivých letech, délku jejich utrpení, pohlaví, věk, typ rodiny a kdo byl iniciátor hlášení. Zaměřuje se na vztah pachatele k dítěti, jeho pohlaví, nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání a postih. Výzkum je založený na statistickém zpracování údajů, které jsou průběžně v podobě grafů porovnávány a v závěru vyhodnoceny.The topic of this dissertation is focused on CAN syndrome. Theoretical part addresses psychological and physical development of a child and a family. It analyzes in detail forms, causations and effects of neglect, abuse and exploitation of children. The final part is dedicated to national and international institutions and bodies dedicated to prevent and to resolve such problems and are concentrating on primary, secondary and ternary prevention. The goal of the empirical part of the dissertation is to find out a number of cases of neglected, abused and exploited children in Jeseník region from 2001 to 2007. The survey shows how many children were neglected, abused and exploited during each year, a length of their suffering, gender, age, family environment, and an initial whistle blower. It focuses on a relation of the offender with the child, his or her gender, education, and sanction. The research is based on a statistic data, which are in form of graphs continuously compared and evaluated at the end of the paper.
