Diplomová práce se zabývá muži a ženami v jejich vzájemném rodinném soužití z pohledu genderových nerovností. Součástí práce je i výzkumné empirické šetření zaměřené na současné rozdělení rolí v rodinách s malými dětmi zdůrazňující domácí práce a péči o děti.The dissertation deals with the relationship between men and women and their mutual family lives from the view of gender unequality. The explorative empiric study concerning the current division of roles in families with little children, highlighting housework and children care, is the part of the dissertation.
