Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využití terapeutické práce se sny ve vztahu k onkologickému onemocnění. Hlavním záměrem práce je přispět k rozvoji metod klinické psychologie, jež jsou využívány při pomoci lidem trpícím tímto onemocněním. Způsob práce se sny vychází z Jungovy analytické psychologie a z výzkumů, které jeho pojetí dále rozvíjejí. Jádrem práce jsou čtyři kazuistiky, jež zachycují průběh setkání s onkologickými pacienty, se kterými jsem se setkal na Onkologické klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Olomouci. Z této praktické zkušenosti vyplývá, že se práce se sny doprovázející terapii onkologického onemocnění ukázala jako velmi přínosná, a že výrazně usnadňuje komunikaci některých závažných témat, jež se k onemocnění vztahují, jako např. pocit izolace, potíže s vyrovnáváním se s léčbou, truchlení a nebezpečí smrti.This paper is concerned with possibilities of use of therapeutic dreamwork related to the cancer. The main intention of the paper is to contribute to the progress of the clinic psychological methods, which are use as a component of the therapy with cancer patients. The dreamwork technique appears from Jung's analytical psychology and other investigations that prosecute his attitude. There are four case studies in this paper which are the main part of the work that describes appointments with cancer patients at Oncology Clinic of the University Hospital in Olomouc. It arises from this experience that the dreamwork with cancer patients seems to be largely useful as well as it facilitates the discussion about the important topics related to the disease, like feel of isolation, coping strategies problems, grieving and danger of death.
