Možnosti využití Threshold - Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) a Inspiratory Muscle Trainer (IMT) v plicní rehabilitaci [rukopis] / Lucie Krtičková. -- 78 s. -- Ved. práce Kateřina Burianová. -- Abstract: V této práci je popsáno využití dechové pomůcky Threshold IMT a PEP v rámci komplexní terapie k posílení dýchacích svalů u onemocnění z oblasti pneumologie, neurologie, kardiologie a traumatologie. Jsou zde shrnuty výsledky a hodnocení užívání Threshold IMT a PEP zahraničních studií u konkrétních diagnóz. Na začátku je uvedena obecná anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, zaměřená na parametry plicní funkce, rozdělení typů dýchání a seznámení s dechovou pomůckou Threshold IMT a PEP. Další část práce se věnuje konkrétním vybraným diagnózám. Nejprve je vždy uvedena stručná charakteristika daného onemocnění a následuje popis provedených zahraničních studií - jejich cíle, zaměření, délka trvání, naměřené hodnoty a jejich závěrečná hodnocení.. -- Abstract: The work describes the application of the respiratory device Threshold IMT and PEP in comprehensive rehabilitation aimed at strengthening respiratory muscles in patients suffering from pneumological, neurological, cardiological or traumatological problems. It summarises results and evaluations from the application of Threshold IMT and PEP in the treatment of specific disorders from a number of studies in other countries. The work starts with an outline of general anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, providing parameters of the pulmonary function, classification of the types of breathing and introducing the respiratory device Threshold IMT and PEP. The next section addresses specific ailments. First, a brief characteristic is always given of the disorder at hand, followed by an account of studies made abroad - their aims and targets, how long they lasted, values measured, and their final assessment.
