Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití fyzioterapie u diagnózy diastázy břišních svalů po porodu. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z anatomie a kineziologie svalstva a vazivového aparátu trupu, dále průběh těhotenství, změny s tímto obdobím spojené, zaměřené především na pohybový aparát, a porod. Samotná problematika poporodní diastázy je rozebrána z pohledu patogeneze, prevalence, diagnostiky i terapie. Praktická část práce zahrnuje kazuistiky tří pacientek, konkrétně sportující a nesportující ženy a ženy, která podstoupila abdominoplastiku.The bachelor's thesis examines the use of physiotherapy in the treatment of diastasis recti abdominis after childbirth. The theoretical part of the thesis summarises the knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of the muscles and the ligamentous apparatus of the trunk, the course of pregnancy, changes associated with this period focusing mainly on the musculoskeletal apparatus, and childbirth. The issue of postpartum diastasis recti abdominis is discussed in terms of pathogenesis, prevalence, diagnosis and therapy. The practical part of the thesis focuses on case reports of three patients, specifically a female, who participates in sports, a female, who does not participate in sports, and a female who underwent abdominoplasty.
