Teoretická část poskytuje přehled a komparaci vybraných typů pobytových oprávnění podle platného cizineckého zákona a zkoumá klíčové aspekty řízení ve věcech pobytu cizinců. V praktické části se autor soustředí na právní posouzení judikatury v oblasti cizineckého práva a analyzuje aktuální statistické údaje o vývoji migrace, azylu a dočasné ochrany. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována úvahám de lege ferenda, kde autor prezentuje svůj pohled na stávající právní úpravu a identifikuje její nedostatky. Práce předkládá návrhy na změny v legislativě, které by měly zajistit efektivnější a spravedlivější řešení problematiky pobytu cizinců v České republice.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of asylum and migration policy in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part provides an overview and comparison of selected types of residence permits according to the current foreign law and examines the key aspects of proceedings in the matters of foreigners' residence. In the practical part, the author focuses on the legal assessment of case law in the field of foreign law and analyzes current statistical data on migration, asylum, and temporary protection development. Special attention is given to de lege ferenda considerations, where the author presents his view on the current legal regulation and identifies its shortcomings. The thesis presents proposals for changes in legislation that should ensure a more efficient and fair resolution of the issue of foreigners' residence in the Czech Republic.
