Dále se zaměřuje na studium transferu genů a genových klastrů daných sekundárních metabolitů a studium fylogeneze sinice rodu Microcoleus v závislosti na schopnosti produkovat anatoxin-a.This bachelor's thesis deals with the evolution of genes encoding the production of secondary metabolites of cyanobacteria of the genus Microcoleus. The theoretical part is focused on the description of cyanobacteria, their morphology and taxonomy. Furthermore, secondary metabolites are described from the point of view of synthesis, effects on the environment and humans, and their detection. The practical part is focused on the detection of the presence of individual toxic and non-toxic secondary metabolites within 202 strains of cyanobacteria of the genus Microcoleus. It also focuses on the study of gene transfer and gene clusters of given secondary metabolites and the study of the phylogeny of the cyanobacteria Microcoleus depending on the ability to produce anatoxin-a.
