Variabilita houbových společenstev herbitrofních hub z řádu Pleosporales [rukopis] / Patrik Mlčoch. -- 2023. -- 130 s. : il., mapy, grafy, tab. -- Oponent Michaela Sedlářová. -- Ved. práce Pavel Matušinský. -- Abstract: Teoretická část práce pojednává o morfologických, taxonomických a fylogenetických charakteristikách důležitého řádu Pleosporales, včetně jejich evolučních principů souvisejících s fylogenezí jejich ekologických nároků. Dále je v teoretické části rozebrán relativně komplexní problém definice, studia a obecných zákonitostí houbových společenstev substrátů a metaspolečenstev bylinného patra. Použitá metodika sběru a statistického zpracování dat byla základem pro multiperspektivní analýzu základních deskriptorů alfa a beta diversity a jejich regresních vztahů s environmentálními prediktory. Praktická část řeší rozdíly v druhové bohatosti, druhovém složení a alfa diversitě houbových společenstev (resp. metaspolečenstev) saprotrofů bylinného patra napříč různými studovanými biotopy od mořského pobřeží do alpínského vegetačního stupně. Dále je pomocí aplikace multivariačního regresního modelování a několika metod multidimenzionální analýzy řešena závislost diversity hub k environmentálním prediktorům a hodnocena odlišnost v druhové skladbě a abundancích na úrovni hostitelských substrátů. Práce tak přináší ověření několika hypotéz vztahující se k této problematice, nové poznatky o ekologických nárocích houbových druhů a houbových metakomunit. Práce se vztahuje k datům ze čtyř různých států (Česká republika, Slovenská republika, Rakousko, Chorvatsko) a 29 různých hodnocených ploch.. -- Abstract: The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the morphological, taxonomic and phylogenetic characteristics of the important order Pleosporales, including their ecology and evolutionary principles related to the phylogeny of their ecological claims. Furthermore, the theoretical part also discussed the relatively complex problem of definition, study and general regularities of fungal communities of substrates and metacommunities at herbal level. A relatively complex methodology of data collection and statistical treatment was the basis for a multi-perspective analysis of the basic descriptors of alpha and beta diversity and their regression relationships with environmental predictors. The practical part deals with the differences in species richness, species composition and alpha diversity of fungal communities (respectively metacommunities) and saprotrophs of the herbal level across the various biotopes studied from the coast to the alpine vegetation zone. Furthermore, using the application of multivariate regression modelling and several multidimensional analysis methods, the dependence of fungal diversity on environmental predictors is try to and the difference in species composition and abundances at the level of host substrates is evaluated. Thus, the thesis brings verification of several hypotheses related to this issue and new knowledge about the ecology of fungal species and fungal metacommunities. The thesis relates to data from four countries (The Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria and Croatia) and 29 assessed squares.
