Magisterská diplomová práce Překlad textu z oblasti tatarské a baškirské gastronomie se věnuje problematice překladu textů, jež obsahují bezekvivalentní lexikum. Jedná se zejména o populárně-naučné texty s množstvím tatarských a baškirských reálií přeložených z ruštiny do češtiny. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření kvalitního překladu s translatologickým komentářem se zaměřením na různá exotická slova z cizích jazyků. Část práce je doplněna o osobní zkušenosti ze zahraničních stáží v Ruské federaci.The Master's thesis Translation of Tatar and Bashkir gastronomy texts deals with the problem of translation of texts containing non-equivalent words. These are mainly popular-scientific texts with a lot of Tatar and Bashkir realia translated from Russian into Czech. The main goal of the work is to create a high-quality translation with a translatological commentary focusing on various exotic words from foreign languages. Part of the work is supplemented with personal experience from foreign internships in the Russian Federation.
