Variabilita srdeční frekvence v rukách fyzioterapeuta [rukopis] / Viktorie Žídková. -- 2022. -- 44 s. -- Ved. práce Petra Gaul aláčová. -- Oponent Lada Zbořilová. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá variabilitou srdeční frekvence z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na autonomní nervový systém a v podkapitolách je dále popsáno jeho rozdělení na centrální a periferní část, co je parasympatikus a sympatikus a taky jak autonomní nervový systém ovlivňuje řízení srdečního rytmu. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána tepová frekvence. Ve třetí už samotná variabilita srdeční frekvence, jak se hodnotí a jaké faktory na ní mohou působit. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje metody ovlivnění variability srdeční frekvence z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Cílem práce je seznámit s problematikou variability srdeční frekvence a zdůraznit její důležitou roli nejen ve fyzioterapii. Poznatky byly vyhledávány v odborné literatuře především ze zahraničních zdrojů pomocí databází PubMed, ProQuest, Mendeley, Google scholar a Web of Science.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the variability of heart rate in physiotherapy. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the autonomous nervous system and further describes its division into central and peripheral part, what is the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system and how the autonomous nervous system affects the control of the heart rhythm. The second chapter describes the heart rate. In the third, the heart rate variability is discussed, how it is evaluated and what factors may affect it. The fourth chapter describes methods that influence heart rate variability from the point of view of a physiotherapist. The aim of this work is to introduce the issue of heart rate variability and emphasize its important role not only in physiotherapy. Findings were searched in the literature mainly from foreign sources using databases PubMed, ProQuest, Mendeley, Google scholar and Web of Science.
