Dále popisuje principy neuroplasticity a neurorehabilitace, na kterých je metoda PANat založena. Druhá část seznamuje čtenáře se samotnou PANat metodou a jejím využitím v klinické praxi. Popisuje vzduchové dlahy PANat a nástroje PANat-Laptool jenž jsou základními prostředky. Třetí část obsahuje hlavní cíl práce, kterým je zhodnocení účinků PANat metody a jejího vlivu na zlepšení motorického deficitu horní končetiny pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Ke tvorbě práce bylo využito 65 bibliografických a elektronických zdrojů, z toho 25 českých a 40 cizojazyčných. Vyhledávací strategie byla provedena pod klíčovými slovy, skrze databáze Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect a katalog knihovny Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci.. -- Abstract: In the first part, the bachelor's thesis briefly deals with the topic of stroke and summarizes the clinical picture of the patient, focusing on the upper limb deficit. It also describes the principles of neuroplasticity and neurorehabilitation, on which the PANat method is based. The second part introduces the reader to the PANat method itself and its use in clinical practice. Thesis describes PANat air splints and PANat-Laptool which are basic tools. The third part contains the main goal of the thesis, which is to evaluate the effect of the PANat method on upper limb motor deficit improvement in patients after stroke. 65 bibliographic and electronic sources were used, of which 25 were czech and 40 foreign. The search strategy was performed under keywords, through the Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect databases and the library catalog of Palacký University in Olomouc.
