Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení principu magnetické rezonance jako diagnostické metody a přiblížení významu 3T magnetické rezonance v diagnostice mozku a páteřního kanálu. První kapitola je věnována teorii MR, jsou popsány části přístroje, princip zobrazování, užívané sekvence, výsledný obraz, kontrastní látky a účinky elektromagnetického pole. Druhá kapitola popisuje speciální metody MR. Kapitola třetí se zaměřuje na MR anatomii. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje užívané protokoly při vyšetřeních. Kapitola pátá pak popisuje samotný význam 3T MR ve srovnání s 1,5T MR a CT.The bachelor thesis is focused on explaining the principle of magnetic resonance imaging as a diagnostic method and the importance of 3T magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of the brain and spinal canal. The first chapter is devoted to the theory of MR, the parts of the device, the principle of imaging, the sequences used, the resulting image, contrast agents and the effects of electromagnetic fields are described. The second chapter describes special MR methods. The third chapter focuses on MR anatomy. Chapter four describes the protocols used in the examinations. Chapter five then describes the actual significance of 3T MR compared to 1.5T MR and CT.
