Profesní dráha zástupců ředitelů gymnázií [rukopis] / Jitka Dopitová. -- 2023. -- 57. -- Ved. práce Jana Poláchová Vašťatková. -- Oponent Nikol Naňáková. -- Abstract: Cílem práce je přispět k poznání teorie a praxe práce zástupců ředitelů gymnázií v kontextu jejich profesní dráhy, což je zohledněno jak v teoretické, tak empirické části této práce. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována škole jako organizaci a vzdělávací instituci. Srovnána je funkce zástupce ředitele s funkcí ředitele. V samostatné kapitole jsou pak sumarizována specifika gymnázií. V empirické části je metodou narativních rozhovorů hledána odpověď na výzkumnou otázku: "Co utváří milníky profesní dráhy zástupců ředitelů gymnázií?". Dílčí zjištění jsou uváděna postupně a postupně zdůvodňována, zatímco výsledná zjištění jsou prezentována v závěru výzkumu.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to contribute to the understanding of the theory and practice of the work of grammar school deputies in the context of their careers, which is taken into account in both the theoretical and empirical parts of this thesis. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the school as an organization and educational institution. The function of the deputy is compared with that of the headmaster. In a separate chapter, the specifics of grammar schools are summarized. In the empirical part, the method of narrative interviews is used to seek an answer to the research question: "What shapes the career milestones of grammar school deputies?". Partial findings are presented continually and justified, while the final findings are presented at the end of the research.
