VLIV AKOMODACE NA VERGENČNÍ DYSFUNKCE [rukopis] / Zuzana Sahatqija. -- 2024. -- 38 s : tab. -- Ved. práce František Pluháček. -- Oponent Lucie Glogarová. -- Abstract: Binokulární funkce, závislé především na vergenčním aparátu, jsou prostřednictvím tzv. AC/A poměru významně provázány s akomodací. Je-li tento poměr nesprávný, může být příčinou poruch vergenčního systému a souvisejících subjektivních potíží. Odpovídající problémy se nejčastěji projevují při pohledu do blízka, kdy správná akomodace prostřednictvím nesprávného AC/A poměru může navodit skryté, popř. zjevné šilhání. Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o poruchách binokulárního vidění se zaměřením na skryté odchylky (heteroforie) s důrazem právě na vliv AC/A poměru. Současně text poskytne informace potřebné pro správnou diagnostiku jednotlivých odchylek a shrne možnosti jejich řešení.. -- Abstract: Binocular functions, which depend mainly on the vergence apparatus, are significantly interrelated with accommodation through the AC/A ratio. If this ratio is incorrect, it can be the cause of vergence system disorders and related complaints. Corresponding problems are most often manifested in near vision, where correct accommodation through an incorrect AC/A ratio can induce heterophoria (latent squint) or heterotropia (manifest squint). The objective of this article is to provide a comprehensive overview of binocular vision disorders, focusing on latent aberrations (heterophoria) and the influence of the AC/A ratio. At the same time, the text will provide the information necessary for the correct diagnosis of the respective deviations and summarize the possibilities of their solution.
