(118 643 znaků) : il., tab. + -. -- Oponent Vlastimil Dobečka. -- Ved. práce Kateřina Šamajová. -- Abstract: Tato práce s názvem "Fundamentálie čínské fytoterapie - komparativní analýza čínských bylinných směsí" má za cíl popsat teoretické a filozofické základy čínské medicíny, stručnou historii Bencao, vybraná díla bylinných směsí a obecné principy čínské fytoterapie. Navazující praktická část zahrnuje komparaci průřezu čínských bylinných směsí několika dostupných značek. Veškeré informace obsaženy v teoretické části jsou čerpány z primárních, sekundárních zdrojů nebo z internetu. Slouží jako úvod do problematiky čínské fytoterapie a bylinných receptů, které jsou předmětem praktické části. Ta sestává z analýzy a srovnání bylinných preparátů vybraných značek nabízející produkty čínské medicíny na internetu. Pro analýzu byla jako normativní zdroj použita anglická verze Čínského lékopisu (2015), čínská verze Čínského lékopisu (2020) a volně dostupné informace na webových stránkách výrobců a distributorů. Cílem bylo zjistit míru autenticity vybraných receptur, a zda se v určitých aspektech navzájem odlišují či nikoliv. Výzkum proběhl v rámci několika úrovní - shodnost ingrediencí, formy zpracování a přesnost jazykové stránky. Závěrem vyplynulo, že nejpřesnější směsi po všech hodnocených stránkách vyrábí firma Medboom. Kromě toho byla zhodnocena relevance lékopisů, která se u anglické verze ukázala jako ne příliš vysoká.. -- Abstract: The primary objective of this study titled the Fundamentals of Chinese Phytotherapy - Comparative Analysis of Chinese Herbal Formulas is to discuss and explore the theoretical and philosophical approaches and frameworks used in Chinese medicine, Bencao, selected works focused on the herbal formulas, and Chinese Materia Medica. Additionally, the study compares Chinese herbal formulas and their prescriptions from the Chinese pharmacopoeia with their counterparts found on the manufacturers' websites to determine how they differ. In this research, qualitative research methods are primarily utilized, using primary and secondary sources available in public libraries and on the internet, such as the Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015) (English version), Chinese pharmacopoeia (2020) (Chinese version), the official websites of the manufacturers of these herbal products, and more. This study analyses and compares the authenticity, differences, and similarities between the descriptions of herbal mixtures found in the normative sources and those available on online platforms. This study concludes that the herbal products produced by selected manufacturers are not nearly identical to the normative prescriptions, with the most authentic herbal mixtures being produced by the company Medboom. Moreover, this study identifies that the English version of normative sources contain recurring spelling mistakes in the Latin names of herbs.
