Tato vyzkumná práce předkládá dohledané poznatky o poranění krční páteře. V teoretické části se nachází něco málo z anatomie, zmínka o přístrojové technice vypočetní tomografie a magnetické rezonance, dále stručné popsání vyšetření krční páteře na magnetické rezonanci a vypočetní tomografií. V neposlední řadě se v teoretické části nachází druhy zlomenin a jinych úrazů krční páteře a jejich následná diagnostika a léčba. Druhá část je praktická, v mé vyzkumné části byly stanoveny 4 cíle. Vyzkumny soubor tvořilo 73 pacientů, kteří podstoupili vyšetření krční páteře na MR a CT v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati za určité období. V závěru mé diplomové práce jsou zahrnuty všechny zjištěné poznatky. Cíle mé práce byly splněny a hypotézy byly také potvrzeny.This research paper presents research findings on cervical spine injuries. In the theoretical part there is a little bit about anatomy, a mention of the instrumental technique of computed tomography and magnetic resonance and a brief description of the examination of the cervical spine using magnetic resonance and computed tomography. Last but not least, in the theoretical part there are types of fractures and other injuries of the cervical spine and their subsequent diagnosis and treatment. The second part is practical part in which 4 goals were set. The research group consisted of 73 patients who underwent MR and CT examinations of the cervical spine at the Tomáš Bata Regional Hospital over a certain period. In the conclusion of my diploma thesis, all the findings are included. The objectives of my work were met and the hypotheses were also confirmed.
