Teoretická část se zaměřuje na klíčové pojmy, historii asistenta pedagoga, legislativu, kvalifikační a osobnostní předpoklady, náplň práce asistenta pedagoga, spolupráci s pedagogem a zapojení asistenta pedagoga do distanční výuky. V empirické části je popsána metologie, design výzkumu, jeho realizace a analýza dat. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení výsledků a přínos pro pedagogickou praxi.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with the activities of an assistant educator at the 1st grade of primary schools and describes his role in the normal operation of schools as well as during distance teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on key concepts, history of the teaching assistant, legislation, qualifications and personality prerequisites, job description of the teaching assistant, cooperation with the educator and involvement of the teaching assistant in distance teaching. The empirical part describes the metology, design of the research, its implementation and analysis of the data. At the end of the work, there is an evaluation of the results and the contribution to the teaching practice.
