Tyreopatie a především hypotyreóza je velmi časté onemocnění u osob ženského pohlaví. Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá spojitostí hypotyreózy a fertility žen, dále vlivem onemocnění na samotné těhotenství, plod a novorozence. Práce zároveň předkládá informace o screeningových programech, léčbě a prevenci. Informace byly čerpány z databází EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik, DynaMed a Google Scholar. Pro vypracování práce bylo použito 47 publikací z toho 25 cizojazyčných a 5 knižních publikací.Thyroid diseases and especially hypothyroidism, are common diseases in women. The overview bachelor thesis presents the connection between hypothyroidism and infertility in woman, as well as the influence of the disease in pregnancy, fetus and newborn. The thesis will also present information about screening programs, treatment and prevention. The information was drawn from databases EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik, DynaMed and Google Scholar. Overall 47 publications were used for elaboration of the thesis, of which 25 were in foreign languages and 5 were book publications.
