Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou time managementu u studentů Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci. This bachelor's thesis deals with time management issues among students of Palacký University in Olomouc. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the definition of time management and discusses its factors and techniques. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to answer two questions: 1. How do students of Palacký University in Olomouc procrastinate, how do they feel as a result of studying under stress and how motivated do they feel to study? 2. How do students of Palacký University in Olomouc use time management techniques (goals, priorities, planning)? The questionnaire survey found that respondents were postponing their important duties and this procrastination had an impact on the mental state of students and was manifested by stress, which caused them to experience mild to severe health problems. Respondents show mainly intrinsic motivation, which is based either on the fact that they enjoy the branch of study or on the fact that they consider the completion of their studies to be essential for subsequent employment. The questionnaire survey also shows that setting goals, priorities and planning is a problematic issue for students. Students are able to draw up lists of tasks on a specific day, but within a larger timeframe it is more problematic for them. The last part of the thesis included recommendations for students to improve their time management.
