Teoretická část se zaměřuje na zrakové postižení a vymezuje jednotlivé důsledky, které z handicapu vyplývají. Stěžejní kapitola pojednává o problematice prostorové orientace a samostatného pohybu. Hlavním cílem je pomocí pozorování a rozhovorů zmapovat bezbariérovou úroveň v centru města Vsetín a následně doporučit konkrétní úpravy, které by vedly ke zdokonalení bezbariérovosti na tomto území.. -- Abstract: The Master thesis focuses on the barrier-free territory for users with severe visual impairment. The theoretical part of the thesis aimes for the visual disability and defines consequences following from it. The mains chaptre deals with problems of space orientation and movement. The principal goal of the Master thesis is to scrutinize, thanks to observations and interviews, the barrier-free level of the centre of the town of Vsetín and to recommend after that specific changes which could be considered like a starting point for the improving of the barrier-free environment in this teritory.
