Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhledat a předložit aktuální dohledané poznatky o pacientech v septickém stavu v nemocniční péči. Přehledová práce se skládá ze tří podkapitol. Názvy prvních dvou podkapitol odpovídají cílům této bakalářské práce. Třetí podkapitola se zaměřuje na význam a limitaci dohledaných poznatků. První dílčí cíl pojednává o managementu sepse u pacientů v septickém stavu. Tento cíl se zabývá postupy, které je třeba dodržet při diagnostice a terapii pacientů v septickém stavu. Druhý dílčí cíl se zaměřuje na management ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů v septickém stavu. V tomto cíli byla zjištěna nenahraditelná role nelékařského zdravotnického personálu při prvotní diagnostice pacienta v septickém stavu a v samotné péči o takto specificky nemocného. Veškerá tvrzení byla potvrzena dohledanými studiemi.The aim of bachelor thesis was searched for and submit relevant findings about patients in septic condition in hospital care. Overview thesis consist´s of three subchapters. Titles of first two subchapters match to goals of this bachelor thesis. Third subchapter is focused on the meaning and limitation of relevant findings. First partial goal deals with management of sepsis in patients in septic condition. This goal concerns with progresses, which are necessary to adhere in diagnosis and treatment in patients in septic condition. Second partial goal is focused on management of nursing care in patients in septic condition. In this goal was found, that non-medical staff play irreplaceable role at initial diagnostics of patient in septic condition and in own care about this specifically ill. All claims were confirmed by finded studies.
