The thesis deals with the study of endangered flora in twelve selected localities in the vicinity of Nivnice (near Uherský Brod), from where historical floristic records are preserved. Historical data and species found by me are compared and, in the context of landscape changes, especially the so-called land technical and management planning during collectivization, the causes of changes in the number and species composition of endangered flora are assessed. The result of the paper is a list of recorded species of endangered flora in the monitored localities from the period before the selected year 1955 (when most of the changes took place there) and after. The results showed that the total number of endangered plant species in almost all localities to which historical records can be reliably assigned has decreased. There was no change in the number of endangered flora species in the "u kaple" locality; although the locality has changed in character, fourteen endangered species decreased but were replaced by others. The cause of the decrease in endangered flora was the decrease in their habitats such as wetlands, extensive meadows and carefully cultivated fields and the decrease in green corridors such as grassy field borders or floodplain meadows. Thirteen species of endangered plants, not recorded in the localities before 1955, were newly found. The reason for the increase in the sites of some of the newly spread endangered species is probably the greater occurrence of forest habitats and their green corridors - windbreaks.
