Tato bakalářská práce se zabývávznikem magazínu Reportér, který založil bývalý šéfredaktor Mladé fronty DNES Robert Čásenský. Hlavním cílem je popsat průběh a okolnosti vzniku tohoto časopisu, jeho obsahu a sestavení redakčního týmu. Dílčími cíli práce je objasnění jevu oligarchizace české mediální krajiny, která působila jako katalyzátor pro vznik Reportéra, a redakční rutiny a mechanismy zahrnující porady, tvorby textů, spolupráce s externími autory, procesy redigování a následné uzávěrky. Tato práce vznikla především díky polostrukturovaným rozhovorům s vybranými členy redakce časopisu Reportér Robertem Čásenským, Michalem Musilem a Tomášem PoláčkemThis bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of the magazine Reporter, which was founded by the former editor-in-chief of Mladá fronta DNES Robert Čásenský. The main goal is to describe the course and circumstances of the origin of this magazine, its content and the composition of the editorial team. The partial goals of the work are to clarify the phenomenon of oligarchization of the Czech media, which acted as a catalyst for the creation of the Reporter, and editorial routines and mechanisms including meetings, text creation, cooperation with external authors, editing processes and subsequent deadlines. This work was created mainly thanks to semi-structured interviews with selected members of the Reporter magazine, Robert Čásenský, Michal Musil and Tomáš Poláček.
