Osobnost učitelů [rukopis] / Michaela Drahotuská. -- 2020. -- 65 : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Soňa Lemrová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá osobností učitelů, spokojeností učitelů, souvislostí mezi osobností učitele a pracovní spokojeností, dále pak zatěžujícími faktory učitelů pracujících na 1. stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se skládá ze sedmi kapitol, které podávají popis osobnosti, pracovní spokojenosti, osobnosti učitele a jeho profese. Podává také informace z výzkumů vztahujících se k osobnosti učitele a jeho pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část se zabývá popisem našeho zkoumaného souboru, aplikovanou metodikou, použitými statistickými metodami a převážně výsledky z našeho obsáhlého výzkumu.. -- Abstract: This master's thesis is centred around the personality of teachers, their satisfaction in teaching and the connection between those two aspects. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the factors effecting teachers who are working in elementary school. The theoretical part of this master's thesis is divided into 7 chapters which discuss the personality description of a teacher, their working satisfaction, teacher's personalities and their profession. In addition, the theoretical part offers information based on several researches discussing the personality of a teacher and their working satisfaction. The practical part then discusses the description of the research file, the applied methodology, the statistical methods used for the purposes of this research and mostly it discusses the results of this extensive research.
