Práce se zabývá tématem spokojenosti pracovníků v organizaci. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatkovou základnu - od uvedení do tématu a specifikace terminilogie, přes teoretická východiska týkající se pracovní spokojenosti, jednotlivé teorie pracovní spokojenosti, až po stručný náhled na historii zkoumání pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část představuje organizaci, ve které probíhalo výzkumné šetření a poté se věnuje popisu plánování a realizace výzkumného šetření, včetně závěrečné interpretace výsledků a krátkého resumé. Cílem práce je popsat fenomén pracovní spokojenosti nejen z pohledu poznatků uvedených v odborné literature, ale i z praktického hlediska, zaměřeného na výzkum pracovní spokojenosti v Charitě Otrokovice.The thesis deals with the topic of satisfaction of workers in the organization. The theoretical part contains a knowledge base - from introduction to the topic and specification of terminiology, through theoretical basis regarding work satisfaction, individual theory of work satisfaction, to a brief insight into the history of research work Satisfaction. The practical part is the organisation in which the research investigation was conducted and then deals with the description of the planning and implementation of the research investigation, including the final interpretation of the results and the short summary. Goal of the thesis is to describe the phenomenon of work satisfaction not only from the point of view of the knowledge mentioned in professional literature, but also from a practical point of view, focused on research of work satisfaction in the Charity Otrokovice.
