(73 918 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Oponent Dana Štěrbová. -- Ved. práce Jana Harvanová. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na interakční styl trenérů fotbalu. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaký je interakční styl těchto trenérů na základě sebehodnocení trenérů jednotlivých kategorií a hodnocení jejich svěřenců, kteří jsou těmito trenéry trénováni. Dále bylo úkolem identifikovat "ideální" interakční styl trenéra fotbalu z pohledu trenérů i svěřenců. Výzkum byl prováděn za pomoci standardizovaného QTI dotazníku (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction) v adaptaci pro trenéry, který byl vyplněn čtyřiceti pěti hráči a čtyřmi trenéry divizního fotbalové klubu z okresu Náchod. Z výsledků bylo zjištěno, že interakční styl všech trenérů hodnocený z jejich vlastního pohledu (sebereflexe), byl nejvyšší v dimenzích Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající. Interakční styl "ideálního" trenéra byl ohodnocen jak svěřenci, tak trenéry nejvýše v dimenzích Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající.. -- Abstract: The topic of my bachelor thesis focuses on the interactive style of football coaches. The aim was to find out what is the interaction style of the coaches based on the self-assessment of coaches of individual categories and the evaluation of the academy members who are trained by these coaches. Furthermore, the task was to identify the "ideal" interaction style of a football coach from the perspective of coaches and academy members. The research was carried out using a standardized QTI questionnaire (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction), which was completed by forty-five players and four coaches of the divisional football club from the Náchod district. The results showed that the interaction style of all coaches, evaluated from their point of view (self-reflection), was the highest in the dimensions of Organizer, Assisting and Understanding. The interactive style of the "ideal" trainer was evaluated by both the players and coaches at most in the dimensions Organizer, Assisting and Understanding.
