Práce se zabývá situací osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k dané problematice. Dále jsou uvedeny základní právní předpisy platné v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie. Pozornost je věnována politice zaměstnanosti, trhu práce, zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a službám Úřadu práce České republiky. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části jsem zmapovala služby a činnost jednotlivých pracovišť Úřadu práce České republiky a dalších organizací, jež pomáhají osobám se zdravotním postižením. Ve výzkumné části jsou stanoveny cíle a metody výzkumu. Formou kazuistik byly popsány situace osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Závěrem práce bylo vyhodnocení kazuistik.The thesis deals with the situation of people with disabilities in the labor market. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the given issue. Further, the basic legal regulations are valid in the Czech Republic and within the European Union. Attention is paid to employment policy, the labor market, the employment of people with disabilities and the services of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The last chapter focuses on the employment of people with disabilities. In the practical part I have mapped out the services and activities of the individual workplaces of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic and other organizations that help people with disabilities. Research objectives and methods are set in the research part. By casuistry, the situation of people with disabilities in the labor market was described. The end of the work was the evaluation of casuistics.
