V transverzální rovině došlo ke změně ve všech pohybech, a to ke zmenšení addukce, zvětšení abdukce a zvětšení celého rozsahu pohybu. Použitím kombinace CMRL došlo ke staticky významné změně pohybu v sagitální, frontální i transverzální rovině. V sagitální rovině došlo ke zvětšení dorzální flexe a ke zvětšení celého rozsahu pohybu, ve frontální rovině ke zvětšení inverze a zmenšení everze. V transverzální rovině došlo ke změně ve všech pohybech, a to zmenšení addukce, zvětšení abdukce a zvětšení celého rozsahu pohybu. The present thesis deals with the assessment of the effect of sensorimotor insoles on the kinematic parameters of the foot in asymptomatic adults during the stance phase of gait cycle. The research involved 13 individuals (6 females and 7 males, aged 20,2 ? 1,1) who were measured for kinematic parameters of the lower limbs whilst walking with the basic insole, and then with selected bars of the sensorimotor insoles NovaPed sensosystem (Schein Orthopädie service KG, Remscheid, Germany). Kinematic parameters of the lower limbs when walking were measured by means of the Vicon Vantage optoelectronic system (Vicon Motion System, London, UK). Each proband completed two measurements which consisted of self selected speed in uniform shoes and appropriately sized basis insole, to which bars were attached in random order. For the purpose of the research, the medial heel bar (CM), the retrocapital bar with lateral elevation (RL) and their combination (CMRL) were used. The kinematic parameters of the rearfoot movement to tibia when walking with the basic insole were compared with kinematic parameters obtained when walking with selected bars. Using the medial heel bar (CM) had a statistically significant effect on the range of motion in the sagittal and frontal plane during walking: the dorsal flexion and the entire range of motion was increased in the sagittal plane; the eversion was decreased and the entire range of motion was decreased in the frontal plane. By applying the retrocapital bar with lateral elevation (RL) there was a statistically significant change in the range of motion in all planes: the entire range of motion was increased in the sagittal plane; the inversion was increased and so was the entire range of motion in the frontal plane. The transversal plane saw a change in all movements: adduction reduction, abduction enlargement, and the increase in the range of motion. Using a CMRL combination described above, there was a statistically significant change in sagittal, frontal, and transversal motion: the dorsal flexion and the entire range of motion was increased in the sagittal plane; the inversion was increased while the eversion was decreased in the frontal plane. The transversal plane saw a change in all movements: adduction reduction, abduction enlargement, and the increase in the range of motion.
