(129 594 znaků) : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Lenka Mazalová. -- Oponent Lenka Machálková. -- Abstract: Cílem diplomové práce je popsat prožívání strachu u pacientů po implantaci ICD. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na prezentaci dohledaných publikovaných poznatků týkajících se dané problematiky. Výzkumná část diplomové práce popisuje data, která byla získaná na základě kvantitativního výzkumu. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 114 respondentů, kteří navštěvovali odborné kardiologické ambulance. Na základě získaných dat byl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl v prožívání strachu mezi respondenty na základě zkušenosti s výbojem ICD. Dále byl zjištěn statisticky významný vztah mezi prožíváním strachu, úzkosti a deprese. Naopak mezi pohlavím, věkem, délkou implantace ICD a reimplantací nebyl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl v souvislosti se strachem.. -- Abstract: The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the experience of fear in patients after ICD implantation. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the presentation of traced published findings concerning the given issue. The research part of the thesis describes the data obtained on the basis of quantitative research. A total of 114 respondents who attended the cardiology clinic took a part in the research survey. Based on the data obtained, a significant difference in the experience of fear among respondents was determined, based on experience with an ICD discharge. Furthermore, a statistically significant relationship was found between the experience of fear, anxiety and depression. In contrast, there was no significant difference in conjunction with fear as regards gender, age, the length of an ICD implantation or reimplantation.
